Good Morning Everybody, I am very happy to see all of you here today again. Together we practice. So please just come and get comfortable. We have about five more minutes. So, make yourself ready and comfortable.

Most important when we practice together is that we activate our compassion energy within and receiving the power from the Buddhas to engage with our physical body to motivate our thoughts in a better way, a more useful way. We all practice together just for that. For physical and mental health and spiritual self to live upright.  There is no other reason when we get together to practice. We just focus on meditation to improve our higher quality of life.

I like to send out my invitation to all.  Anyone who just gets to know us. You are free to contact us in the comment or text message. I love to be in contact with all of you and practice together.

Our method is also called moving meditation, spontaneous meditation. That is receiving the energy through the body.  The energy will create the movement by itself.  Naturally we receive it and observe it and allow it to just move. Our minds just stay focused on the breathing technique. That is how we practice. As long as you practice you will be healthier, and your mind will be clearer slowly.

We have one more minute.  Sit comfortably.  Sitting so you are free to move. Relax your body.

Good Morning everybody.

I just want to mention again that the time we are meeting together on YouTube Thất Bảo Huyền Môn channel the purpose is just to practice together. And we limit the lecturing or doing a dharma talk.  All I do is just try to guide you through the hour to practice with me. To lift up your spirits together with me.  All I do is mention again and again how we practice and what we concentrate on every day of the week.

We practice every Saturday and Every Saturday we start to receive a good energy to motivate ourselves through the entire week with the goal we base the lesson on.  Today we are concentrating on “Let it Go”. You meditate on “Let it Go” and what about that you should let it go for a whole week until next Saturday.

“Let it Go” for me today is receiving energy to help us motivate ourselves energy to create a good movement which we can let go of that which we no longer need. We select what we want to let go and just let it go. 

When you receive the energy you. It goes into your body transform in your body. You let go of all your desires or thoughts don’t activate your thought or grab it and convert it to the way you want. Just let it go and let it be. That is how we practice today.

I mention one more time that when you are breathing in you breathe through your nose and down through your lungs to your lower body to the special pressure point, Dan dien.  From there you expand your belly and hold it there for just a second. That is how you take in.

When you breathe out you sink in your belly concentrate right on the heaven gate point. You are going to ask me where is the heaven gate? The heaven gate is given the name to the pressure point between your tail bone and the soft tissue. That gate is where you transform the oxygen when you sink in your belly the energy will flow within your backbone up to the top of your head, and go down in between your eyes, and then go down between your nose and then come out from your mouth when you are reciting the Mantra: Mu A Mu Sa.

So when you take in, you are expanding your belly hold there for a second. When you release you sink in your belly concentrating right at the heaven gate point. And then let your mind follow the heaven gate point  to follow your backbone up to your head and come  so that your mind always follows the breathing techniques.

When you breathe in you follow your nose, down to your lung, and going down to your stomach and you are expanding it. You sunk in your belly and you breathe out.  Your mind follow the heaven gate point, follow the backbone up to your head, right to between your eyes, down under your nose, and going out from your mouth reciting the Mantra: Mu A Mu Sa at the same time.

You take in and take out depending on how your body can take in.  Don’t take a deep breath in that you cannot handle. Don’t take too short of a breath either. Just do you best.  And remember the Mantra, Mu A Mu Sa. That sound creates a special vibration physically.  Because when you make the sound Mu A Mu Sa you are receiving a good energy and that will be transformed into your body.

So just let it go and let it be.

Put your right hand, the wisidom hand, into your left hand, the compassion hand and put them down in your lap.  We are going to practice saying the Mantra 7 times together.

All of you just please maintain in the sitting position and just listen to me guiding you how to work with the energy you receive when you practice this special mantra Mu A Mu Sa. We are practicing meditation with the energy.  WE are engaging with the energy from the Buddha to connect it with our own energy. Two sources of energy.  One from Buddha and one from ourselves. Within us there is the Buddha Nature and without us there is the buddha nature outside.  Two connected together through the meditation with the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa.  When you are chanting you activate your entire body energy with the Buddha energy.  At the moment the energy transforms you just need to be one with that.  The buddha nature will create a move within you.  All you do is concentrate on the breathing technique and the chanting.  A lot of people feel a lot of energy.  Some people feel it on the top of their head, others feel it between their eyes. Some people feel it in their hands or moving their body right to left, left to right.  Slowly just like that.  Just observe it.

Let the energy go and let it be free. So you practice, just that. Nothing else you have to imagine. Just be one with the energy.  Our practice is to engage in the buddha energy, and awaking our own energy from all of the pressure points.  Remember the heaven gate point is very important.  It turns on for the energy to flow. You take in expanding and hold. When you sink in your belly, focus on the heavens gate and move up your backbone to your head. You will feel the energy flow.  By this technique, by concentrating on that moving energy opens up your mind, open up your chakra, it is very good for your health. 

It is very good.  I have been teaching it for many years. I have seen it benefit many people and myself.

Just keep maintaining sitting position and relaxing. I am just guiding you through the energy flow within our body within the time we practice is very important.  The frequency energy from the Buddha activates your buddha nature and connects with the frequency within your body and creates vibrations in your physical body to open up all your pressure points energy, your chakra This is how we practice with the physical body energy.  With the energy from the Buddha which is the highest and the purest. It purifies our physical body and purifies us physically It makes your body stronger and healthier.  It helps our mind become clearer.  Just let it be. Just to be and enjoy it. Let it free to flow and let it for us to flow.  You will experience the energy surrounding your body. Just enjoy watching it.  Like water flowing in a river. We have a creek near the temple where you can see the water flow. It is the same, You see the source of the energy from the Buddha flow within your body naturally. Just watch the water flow. Watch your energy flow. You will be more relaxed. It will be easier to let go of what ever attachment exists. 

You know we are human beings we have all kinds of stuff that is still stuck inside our minds.  That is natural. Nothing you say about that.  But it is better to let it go, so the energy can flow for us to be free.  That is how we practice.  Let it flow and let it be, and let it free for us to enjoy our life.  Remember Let the energy flow and let it be, and set us free for us to enjoy our life.

We together practiced 21 times with Mu A Mu Sa . we are engaging with the Buddha nature energy activating our own energy flowing within.  Just keep in mind this energy will flow and will be free for us to enjoy watching it. Because we let it go to be free to flow within us.  All of our attachments will be let go and flow to be free. No reason for us to hold back anything at all. What is there is still there. What needs to be gone will be gone and flow with the energy. 

Our guiding today through out the week the energy will be maintain well with your mindfulness to allow the energy to flow within you. And allow your mindfulness to observe the energy. Rembember Let it go and let it flow. So you can be free and enjoy your life. To be healthier physically, mentally, and spiritually. That is all I hope and that is why I am here practicing with you.  That is the only reason, for physical mental and spiritual health.  The reason is to be free and let it flow.  The reason is for us to let it go and enjoy our life.  It is no religion, no lecture, no dharma talk.  I am here every Saturday from 10:20 am Central Time.  We are here together to practice whatever kind of religion you follow. Here we are not teaching about religion or converting religion.  I am a Buddhist monk but I am teaching this meditation to be together with us to promote health.
