Welcome all of you here today we practice together.

We all know that we practice with the energy, the compassion Buddha energy. Guiding us directly through our physical body, mentally and spiritually. We practice with the energy that we allow ourselves to observe it. And allow it to transform into our body. Just let it be and just let it be free to be. That’s the way we practice to get in touch deep with our Buddha nature spirit energy.

Everybody just sit down and relax and now it’s time for us to practice. So, please sit down and put your hands together and we pray.

Mu A Mu Sa

May all sentient beings be free from all kinds of suffering and receive compassion energy from the Buddhas in ten directions and may what we practice today benefit all. And we offer our merits for all to be free.

Good morning. We are here today to practice our special method meditation; we call That Bao Huyen Mon with the Mantra:  Mu A Mu Sa.  Mu A Mu Sa’s means compassion. Compassion Buddha energy which when we chant this mantra, along with our breathing technique, we are receiving compassion energy from Buddha. Connected with our body, our mind, and our spirit to enrich our physical, mental, and spiritual energy while trying to maintain our physical body and our mind in a very pure way.

 Remember your breath needs to be correct in order to benefit most. That when you breathe in when you breathe in your breathing by your nose. And then you keep moving through your lungs down to your lower body. From there, you expand your belly and you hold it there for three seconds. And then you release this by concentrating on the heaven gate. You’re gonna ask me, where is the heaven gate? The heaven gate point is between the tailbone and the soft tissue right there in front. That we call the heaven gate. You allow the energy to transform and move along the heaven gate up to your backbone and moving up to the top of your head. And you breath out by your mouth along with chanting Mu A Mu Sa. Every time you do that, you must be sure you remember to do it right. When you do right and correct you receive more compassion energy through your body, it’s really wonderful.

 Today. We are guiding ourselves to understand the meaning of open the Buddha eyes. That is what we concentrate the energy on today, to open the Buddha eye within.

 So now let’s begin our breathing with chanting Mu A Mu Sa together.

Make sure you are sitting correctly in a position that your body feels comfortable. And loosening up the upper body and while you chant the mantra: Mu A Mu Sa. If you receive compassion energy through your body, just allow it to  transform into movement, don’t stop it, don’t interrupt it. Don’t guide it, just allow that energy to flow and create the movement for you naturally and freely. And enjoy watching it. Just as much as you can.

Now we begin. Put your right hand on the top of your left hand. The right hand we call the wisdom hand the left hand we call the compassion hand. Wisdom and compassion together we practice.

Mo Phat.  All of you maintain your sitting position as comfortable as you can. And just keep concentrating on your physical body energy level. Allow the energy to flow within your body. There is no need for you to guide the energy, there’s no need for you to stop, interrupt. Be there to be free, to enjoy watching the energy flow within your body.

Remember. The compassion energy from the Buddha now, we’ll begin engaging within the physical body naturally. It’s become part of your activity. This is very interesting when the compassion energy and your body energy incorporate together becomes a source of energy which always flows within to motivate your body to be healthier, stronger and activate your

compassion energizes in your spirit, and your mind. All three together become a good friend to each other for the energy to help each other to be healthy every day.

We are talking today about opening the Buddha’s eyes. What is the Buddhaeye? The Buddha eye does not mean when you open it you can see through the sky, see all the spirits, see all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas from somewhere else but not on this planet, that’s not true.

The Buddha eye is the eye activated by compassion energy from Buddha within our Buddha nature. With the eye we will see all sentient  beings equally. The eyes will see non attachment. No difference, we are equal. No attachment. Just only love. Just only compassion.

That we call the Buddha eye. When the compassion energy from Buddha connected with your physical body eyes, it opened up for you to see the state of all sentient beings equally. And we will see every sentient being is becoming a Buddha. Therefore we treat each other equal, no attachment in any form, any thought, any method, anything.  It is all empty.

Empty means we see no roadblock in front that stops you to love, to care, and to be one with them. That we call the Buddha eyes. When you are receiving compassion energy through your body, the Buddha awakens you to that stage of treating all people equal. You treat people equally; you share your love with all. There’s no I in between my family, my people or your people. We are the same within our Buddha wisdom. That’s what the Buddha eye will see. The Buddha’s eyes benefit us because it maintains our energy and it also transforms our ego for us to be humbled.

The more we humble down like mother earth, the more energy we receive from nature. The more we humble ourselves like the earth, the more energy from the Buddha will be connected with us. And our Buddha eyes will open  in a very special way. We will see it happen within the practice that we concentrate consistently every day of our life.

So remember on this channel with me and all of you practice together to activate our very pure Buddha nature energy and allow the Buddha to be within our mind and awaken our Buddha nature so our  Buddha eye will be open to see all things equally and respect. And always love and care in between there is no judgment. There is no attachment. There is no difference.  We are the same.

So let’s begin again, seven more times chanting the mantra. Remember while you are chanting the energy will flow within your body. You allow the energy to flow within and observe it. Allow it to transform to become any move. Naturally as it is. Don’t stop, don’t interrupt.

Partner with that energy just like a partner dancing with you. Like when you have a partner to dance on the dance floor in the same way in this life the physical body will dance with the energy. Let the  energy dance with you and be one with that beautiful partner to enjoy.

 Now let’s begin right hand on top of the left hand.

Hello we just chanted seven times with the breathing technique. Reciting Mu A Mu Sa which is the special mantra activates and connects us with the Buddha compassion energy. We are practicing meditation in the method of receiving energy from the Buddha and activating our own energy together. We work with the energy every day and when we open up to this stage, the energy will flow within yourself all the time no matter what you do later, the energy will be incorporated with your movement to help you to be strong, healthy and keep purefering your physical body energy to maintain your health in a good condition. Remember this is not about religion, this is about practice. To engage with the mother nature within and the mother nature without. We are learning to connect and live and to be with the environment. We maintain the high quality of our relationship with the environment which we live together now.

In a very humble way, a peaceful way,  in a mindful way. You are mindful of yourself. And I am mindful of myself and when we practice together you and me and all people become one in the higher stage of non attachment. But just  receiving the compassion energy within for us to be in the good way of clear thinking of every moment of our life.

Open the Buddha eye means that we open our understanding, our wisdom, to see all are equal. You see everyone is becoming Buddhas in the future. For us to treat each other just as we treat ourselves in a very peaceful way supporting each other to live happy lives every day.

When we practice, remember you need to relax.  You just relax. All you do is together with me and allow me to initiate with you, on you, for you to be. When you get along with this together, we all receive a very good compassion energy from Buddha directly into our body, our mind and our spirits.

Body, mind and spirit we work out together naturally to observe the energy within. So all we need to do is just relax and enjoy and allow the energy to freely move when it moves inside your body is all bad things we removed. When it moves inside your body all the negative energy will be removed. When it moves inside your body all your attachment will be removed and transformed into love and wisdom.

Together again, we practiced. Right hand on the top of your left hand, we call wisdom and compassion. Let’s join together to activate our energy. Please.

Thank you.  We all together practiced chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa  21 times. And yes all of us  benefit a lot and receive good compassion energy from the Buddhas from ten directions. within our physical body, mental and spiritual. Let us pray together. With this practice together and engaging with the Buddha energy. If we produce any merit,  may we offer this to all the leaders around the world for them to open their Buddha eyes, so they can treat each other equally and create a good way that maintains peace, peace around the world to have international peace. And we also offer to all people who are very painful because of what just happened to be healed by the Buddha energy for them to stay still within the wisdom.
