May all sentient beings be free from all kinds of suffering and  receiving compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. Especially may all be blessed for July 4th the Independence Day celebrated in the USA

In this special meditation method, I just want to remind you that the breathing techniques are very important. All of us should understand and remember because our practice is to connect with us the compassion energy from the Buddha. So the energy form the Buddha will enter into you physically, mentally and spiritually. Your own energy and the Buddha energy will be merged together and flow within your body. Help you heal your body mind and spirit.

Today we concentrate on eternal life. So therefore when you breathe in You visualize there is eternal life for yourself and you concentrate on the life within yourself that transforms into the Buddha energy. They incorporate together and flow within your physical body to heal.

So just pay attention to that. When you breathe in through your nose and move down along your body to your lower belly. Expand the belly and observe it for 3 seconds. Concentrate on the heaven gate point. Where is the heaven gate point? It is between the tail bone and soft tissue in front of the tail bone.  You concentrate there and then you breathe out.  When you do the breathing out make sure you are sunken the belly and you are reciting the Manta at the same time. The full circle of breathing in and breathing out with the Mantra will help you to increase up the eternal life energy and also helping you connect it with the compassion energy from the Buddha.

 Every one of us when we practice, we are filled with that energy and it will be moving within our body. It is really important for us to be with our eternal energy and also the energy from the Buddha. For us to enrich our eternal life. In this life we are living, there is eternal life within. We need to discover to enrich it.  We need to discover it to live peacefully and mindfully. And it is very helpful to heal all of our suffering and therefore we can get a lot more good merits so we can offer to all people, to all sentient beings for all.

Let us begin. Put your right hand we call the wisdom hand on top of your left hand, the compassion hand and we start to do the breathing techniques. For those of you who are new you just follow I hope that you understand what I am saying. Otherwise just text me on you tube, and I will answer to try to explain for you to understand.

You just maintaining your breathing techniques sitting still and relax your body. Concentrate on the eternal life force that is in you body and just relax and allow the eternal life force incorporate with the compassion energy force transform into your body an allow your upper body receive it. Just observe it. You make no judgement, raise no thought. Mindful of the energy. Just allow the energy to transform.

 Welcome the compassion energy with the eternal life force moving. Observe it, concentrate on that and be aware, be awake, and be alert.  Be filled with that energy deep inside you and just be one with that there is no separation just to be with the mother nature within just concentrate. There is eternal life force within merging together with the force that is coming into your body.

Every part of the body, every single cell of the physical body are in motion moving with the energy. There are no mental states that you try to block. Just relax. Let your mind be free. Let your physical body to be free, let your spirit to be free. Let no thought arise to block, to like, or to dislike. No judgement, being one, and being free, and being there to be mindful of that eternal life force and incorporate that compassion energy force from all the Buddha’s within. Let it flow, let it be. Be mindful of that. And we are ready to recite seven mor times the Mantra.

Just keep maintaining your sitting position. Just relaxing your body. Just observing the eternal life force incorporating with the compassion energy force. Moving within your body. The entire body is within the motion. No need to keep it still only our mind is still within our breathing technique and the mind observing the energy the eternal life force moving within us and just watching it. Just be friendly with the force. Just take in the frequency and be mindful .with that.

 Don’t touch it Don’t think about it. Just accept it as it is and welcome the eternal life force waking up inside of us and allow the force to appear that we can see we can feel we can be one with and allow the compassion energy from all Buddhas be one with you. Relax. The eternal life force, and the compassion energy will become one with you and healing your physical body and  cure all kinds of sickness, and help you to be strong and be uplifted.  It will heal all mental states and spiritual.  It purifies your physical body, mind and spirit. Helping you to maintain the highest quality of energy motivating your life to be better. And be mindful of that.

Think of all the sentient beings who are suffering and offer you merit to all. Think about your loved ones who still suffer with sickness, physically, mentally and spiritually. No matter what, just offer your merit, you good energy, your eternal life force and take in the compassion energy of the Buddha too, and offer it to them. May they be healed so they are no longer suffering. Let us heal each other with our own merits to and let our eternal life force be.

 Observing, watching and relax. Just watching your breathing technique in and out, and let the energy flow around like a boat floating on the water. Flow and flow. Just relax. Let no thought arise. Just be aware of the environment within and without. Connect with all, Let the mother earth be one with you. Return to the mother earth, to nature and let the energy flow. Let it flow.

 Don’t hold it back. No matter how it flows. It flows in your body just let it flow. This is moving meditation. Your body will move by the energy. Movement to create the highest quality of living soul living spirit. Let it move. Observing the energy Let the energy dance with your physical body. Let your physical body move and dance with the energy of your eternal life force and the compassion energy from all the Buddhas. Just let it be there. Don’t hold it back. It is beautiful it is pure there for us to enjoy our life. Let the eternal life force there to be. There is eternal life lasting forever, never ending.  

Let us concentrate on seven more chanting and breathing technique with Mu A Mu Sa. And observing the energy while you are meditating with me.

With our own energy for us to find our eternal life It is really healing. All our suffering will be transformed, All our suffering will be gone. We practice with mindfulness within the physical body within the eternal life force.

Together we do a great deal to heal others in silence.  Just practice every day.  Seeing you practice together with me. And together with me we all connect to the compassion energy of the Buddha .
