Mu A Mu Sa

Today is Saturday. We welcome all you friends who is out there on YouTube and also all the members here in the Meditation hall in Frederick.

We sit down together and meditate with Mu A Mu Sa. The breathing technique in and out the same time we sound out, chanting, reciting Mu A Mu Sa.

Mu A Mu Sa means compassion energy that we activate while we sound out Mu A Mu Sa.

Today in this special practice we also pray for Jeanne Dolan, one of our members mother, and also we pray for Mrs. Lu Ann born in 1894 passed away in 1978. Mr. Tormary born in 1892 passed away in 1972. May all those spirits be blessed and rest in peace.

It is now time to practice. Put your right hand, your wisdom hand in you left hand, your compassion hand, and relax. You sit down in a position that feels comfortable. Loosen your hips, straighten you body.  Hold up your neck, your head straight hp.

I just want to mention that we practice with the energy mediation. It connects us with our energy within and with the universe. It is very important for us to realize that the energy is connected with us, and let it be free to flow with the nature.No need for us to direct it or guide us.

There is one point I want to make very clear to you. It is called the heaven gate point. Where is it? It is at the tail bone and the soft tissue in front of the tail bone.

When we take in the air through your nose it moves down through your lungs and down to your lower body. You expand the belly to receive the oxygen down low. You hold it there for three seconds. The reason we hold it is for our body to absorb the oxygen. Right after that we concentrate on the heaven gate point guiding the energy to flow through the gate, up the back bone, to the top of your head, down between your eyes and out of your mouth as you chant the mantra Mu A Mu Sa. This circle will be repeated every time we practice. And now it is time to practice.

May all sentient beings be free of all kinds of suffering and receive compassion energy from all the Buddhas from ten directions.  Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate. Breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.

Just remain your breathing technique in a silent way. No need to chant out loud. You are breathing in, expanding your belly, holding it, and guiding it through the heaven gate point in front of your tail bone. Guiding the energy to flow along your backbone up to the top of your head, and coming out from your mouth. At the same time when you sunken your belly the sound Mu A Mu Sa coming out with the energy, with the air, coming from your belly. As you sound it out slowly sunken your belly slowly and let the air flow out slowly. And now you just be silent and do that circle of breathing technique.

Every time from the top of your head that you fill with the energy we call today the rain of the compassion energy. Raining from the top of our head, and let it flow around our entire body. Our body is like a small creek or river. Let it flow. Let the rain of the compassion energy flow. Don’t create any attachment like a damn on the water. Just let it flow. Watch it peacefully. enjoy the feeling of the energy of the flow in you. Any tangles still exist within, let the energy flow and take it away to purify it. Any thought that makes you sad let the rain of the energy flow it away and just watch it peacefully. Any attachment that create suffering for you, time to let it go and let the rain of the compassion energy wash it,  purify it, and let it flow to be gone. And we think about our loved ones especially today. Our loved ones passed away. We connect to them by love, compassion, by the energy of our wisdom. That we offer our merit so may all of them rest in peace.

Let the rain of compassion energy flow and wash away all of our karma. Just be there, be mindful, just relax. And lets begin breathing again.

Just maintaining your practicing in and out The sound of Mu A Mu Sa  liberates and vibrates to set ourselves to be free and receive the energy. The sound Mu A Mu Sa is an awakened sound waking us up. When we here on earth mom waking us up by her sound, calling a baby. Same sound the energy. Mu A Mu Sa is the sound of energy to liberate ourselves  from all attachment, negative energy. Now let the sound of Mu A Mu Sa make a good rain of the compassion energy from the head down. Visualize all the kinds of suffering that is still inside you that you don’t even know. May all those kinds of negative energy, negative thought being sown, let the rain of the compassion energy wash it away. Don’t hold back. Let it go. Put it down on the river of the compassion energy. Let it wash away from us on. And be mindful and relax.

We are thinking about all our loved ones still here with us. Our parents, our husband or wife, children, friends, we offer our merit our energy that we receive here today to all of them. And may all of them receive that special compassion rain for them. May all of them be happy, peaceful, mindful enjoying the happiness within and in the family. Let the energy just flow, flow within you put down to the river of the rain that is now falling down the compassion energy all of what you no longer want to hold back. Let it flow. Let the energy of the sound Mu A Mu Sa vibrate in this physical body healing your body to be healthier and for your mind t0 be pure. We also offer this special merit energy for all those who still suffer out there because of all kinds of differences that they could sit down and settle down and receive love from each other, care from each other and put aside all differences and truly be living with the wisdom and forgive each other.

May all our loved ones receive this special liberation energy from all the Buddhas from ten directions so they can forgive. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate. Breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.

May all sentient beings be transformed by the energy of the buddhas in the ten directions. Just going over the Manra and the vibrations we emanate. It is very important that you listen to yourself. Your inner ear and outer ear. Every part of the body is listening to the vibration of the Mu A Mu Sa. You breathe in you breathe out. You may experience heat. That is very good. It is healing. It is healing compassion you are receiving, it is compassion you are sending in the ten directions.  All of this works together as you practice. Make it yours. You are going to refine all the different aspects of the breath, the chanting, the hearing, the listening, the opening up, the expanding, the sending out, and the integration of the inside and outside. It is very beautiful. I hope you can enjoy. You can do it sitting down, laying down or sitting up. Just be with it be with the energy. Let it flow and surround you and send out to all beings.
