Nam Mo Shakyamuni

Mu A Mu Sa

Good morning everybody. Good morning all friends. Today is Saturday and we practice meditation, moving meditation. With mindful breathing techniques and the compassion mantra; Mu A Mu Sa.

Now it is time to practice together. Sit down comfortable at home, where every you feel comfortable. Relax your body and just follow the structure together of what I say, and together we practice.

Now let us begin.

Our techniques are based on mindful breathing techniques. You breathe in and stay mindful of breathing in from your nose. Keep moving the air down to the lower body. You expand your belly and hold it there for three seconds. Then you focus on the heaven gate point.  We call it a gate, the gate for the fire and water energy merging together transforming to become a good physical body energy flowing around your back bone. You just concentrate right there with your mind, hold three seconds and release, reciting Mu A Mu Sa. Of course, while chanting, you breathe out by your mouth because you are chanting the mantra.  In by your nose, out by your mouth. As you are breathing out and chanting the mantra you sink in your belly.

By doing this breathing technique, you are going to be filled with the energy, the compassion energy from the Buddha. So, you just absorb it and allow it to be transformed into any movement, and just maintain that vibration. Because of that special vibration within your body the compassion energy is able to liberate all kinds of negative energy. It heals your body, mind, and spirit.  It is wonderful. Just practice you will receive it. Today we are going to practice “The Mind is the Universe” Our mind is the universe, big. Within the mind all things are there in a very good order and we no longer suffer no matter what happens.

Put your right hand, we call the wisdom hand, on the left hand, we call the compassion hand. Put them together.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all Buddhas in the ten directions. Breathe in, expand your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken your belly chanting the manta: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.

You just keep maintaining your sitting position and listen to your energy flowing within.

What does Mu A Mu Sa mean? It is an original sound from the compassion Buddha. When he was enlightened these sounds vibrated to activate and carry the energy from him toward all sentient beings who have the right time and are willing to receive it.

We are sitting here together and follow our mindfulness breathing techniques and invite the compassion energy from all buddhas to activate and connect with our physical body and vibrate to liberate ourself.

The compassion energy from Buddha connects with us through Mu A Mu Sa when we are chanting. It liberates, and it helps us to return back to the nature of how we were, to become united with the universe. Then we are no longer separate from the universe.

The absorbed energy is the full energy from the universe and becomes one with us. The vibrations from Mu A Mu Sa surround our physical body and merge with our own energy beginning in the lower body, by concentrating on the heaven gate point that energy will then flow within the backbone system. The spinal chord absorbs that energy, it keeps flowing and flowing up to the top of your head as we breathe out. From the top of the head, the energy just vibrates and vibrates down just like an umbrella covering your entire body and is absorbed into your body.

All you need to do is just listen to the energy vibrate from your head throughout your body. Absorb it, accept it, and allow it to transform into any movement which your physical body is filled with. If you suddenly feel the energy moving your body shaking your mind, shaking your hands, shaking your hips, all inner organs, that moving vibrates. If you feel any heat generated, in your stomach or your chest or wherever, just keep your mind right there and just watch. Just watch.

That heat generates and flows within your body. You don’t need to do anything, the energy knows how to move and flow with how your body is conditioned, to help your body to be united with the universe. This in wonderful for you to receive this. Just let it flow, just like the river water flowing back to the ocean. The energy from the universe, from the Buddha compassion energy connects with us and flows within our own energy and cleans it up. It helps us to be slowly healing ourselves. Physically, mentally, and spiritually we will clean up, become strong and healthy.

So, when you practice make sure you are conscious of the energy, let it flow. Our mind is the universe, let the mind rejoin with the universe, don’t limit our mind by thinking that our mind cannot do anything. Remove all the roadblocks and let your mind expand and be reunited, reconnected with the universe. Being one with the universe you will be ok.  Everything in the universe follows the rules of the nature to exist in mindfulness and peacefulness.

Now we meditate, and allow our mind to return to connect with the universe and be one with. Make sure you feel the energy flow, let it flow. We are going to do it seven more times. We offer our energy, our merit, our compassion energy to all sentient beings. Especially our loved ones, our family, still living or those already gone, we offer our merit to all.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all Buddhas in the ten directions and may all our families receive this special merit energy to be healed. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken our belly, chanting the mantra: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.

Just maintain your sitting position. We all know it is a very busy life for most people, we don’t have much time to practice. That is why we get together every Saturday. When we practice with this method it activates our energy and flows through out the week. Practicing with this energy was the wish of most of human beings for thousands and thousands of years.

We live by energy, from food, from nature, the environment and mother earth. We respect all the energy, we transform and maintain the environment of our own energy when we interact with the nature of mother earth.

There is a source of special energy that comes from the Buddha’s, compassion energy Mu A Mu Sa. So when we are chanting and breathing in and out. Mu A Mu Sa is connecting us with the compassion energy of the Buddha. While thinking about our family, our loved one, we can offer that energy to help them to heal if they have physical, mental, or spiritual pain and need help we connect to them, and we invite the compassion energy to come to them.

We all need this connection, we really need it. We live very busy lives, there is no time to stop, to relax. Be we need to stop, to center our lives at least once a week to reactivate, to maintain our compassion energy through out for the week. We can also use that time to connect with our loved ones and we connect ourselves closer with the mother earth, with nature, with the Buddha.

So Mu A Mu Sa is helping us to connect, to help our mind return to the nature. Our mind is the universe, very big. So no matter what happens to you, your mind will be able to settle down everything. As long as you activate your mind with the compassion energy. All will be alright; all will be ok. Compassion energy, a certain kind of force of energy, came from the source, the Buddha. Really helpful. So receive it, we invite that energy into our life, our mind, our spirit, our body. Let Mind, body, spirit connected together and flow with, and we thinking about our loved ones, and invite that energy to flow within them. The whole circle, like the big universe. We all are united within love and compassion.

Let’s chant again seven more times and pay attention. Make sure you are listening to your body very well and when you receive the compassion energy, when it vibrates, liberates, just allow it to flow, don’t hold it back.  We all are thinking about our family, our loved ones, every sentient being who still struggles with life, who still suffers at all. We pray for them.  We offer our energy. May all be free of suffering and receive a good compassion energy to motivate to activate to purify their life to be happy to be peaceful.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all Buddhas in the ten directions. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken our belly, chanting the mantra: Muuu Aaaa Muuu Saaaa.
